Report of Software

  1. Open Access.  Open the database made in a previous task, called SoftwareYourInitials.  Open the table called SoftwareYourInitials.
  2. Create a report using the wizard.
  3. The three fields Type, Object and Price must be in the report, only these three fields. (Next)
  4. Group according to Type. (Next) 
  5. Sort in alphabetical order according to Object. (Next) 
  6. It must be in Stepped or Block layout. (Next) 
  7. Select a style. (Next)
  8. Give the report the title SoftwareYourSurname. (Finish) 
  9. In Design View, in the Report Header, add a suitable image / picture. If the picture looks unexpectedly strange, right-click it, select Properties, Size mode, click down arrow and select Zoom. 
  10. Save your report with a suitable name. 
  11. Create a different report based on the same Software table but with different fields.   The report title must have your surname in the title.  It must have an illustration in the title.
  12. Print both reports and submit.
