Software files test

Consider the following scenario and then answer the questions that follow.

Mr Solly Psomas was asked to organise the public relations/advertising for a new school. He started the work but then suddenly became ill. A 3½"disk containing the following files was found on his desk.

  1. You are asked to finish the job of making a brochure, web page, presentation, plan of school buildings and grounds, transparencies and list of all the titles in the library. You are given the use of a very good multi-media computer with many software programs loaded.
