Email addresses of all your
teachers
- Create a set of email addresses for your subject teachers at Pinelands High this year,
plus tutor, grade head, guidance counsellor and principal. First write down the
subject/job, teacher's name, and then the login details. The logins should have the
First Name, then Surname; but should be one letter, then the first seven letters of their
surname, followed by @phs.org.za, e.g. Dan Overett should be doverett@phs.org.za. You
must use the LEFT
and CONCATENATE text functions.

- Try to do the whole exercise in one step.
- Align the cells the headings as indicated (Format / Cells / Alignment).
- Format the cells in an exciting way (Format / Cells / Pattern).
- In File / Properties add your name as the author.
- As a footer add the file name left, Prepared by ... and the date
centre. (Add as a mixture of normal and custom
footers.)
- Adjust the margins and orientation so that it fits on ONE page.
- Print the answers twice, as formulas and as a normal Excel worksheet.
