Used to create a sound file as an mp3

to download or
store on Odeo and link to it.

Go to www.odeo.com and sign up.

When you are ready to record your sound file log in.

When you have logged in, change the URL to studio.odeo.com

Click on Record New Audio.

Odeo checks your sound and recording system. Click Allow.

Click Record to start your recording and Stop when you are finished.

Save Recording.

Complete the details in Title and Description. Select the URL.

Ignore this bit at the bottom of the screen.

You can download this file if you wish, but it is not the URL of your sound file.

If you want to download the file, right-click on it. Select Save Target As.
To save the file on Odeo click the URL.

If you saved the file on Odeo the following will appear as the URL of your sound file. This is the one which you can insert in a web page or a blog. From your web page it will link to the file which is saved on Odeo.

Click on this to hear the file. It is saved on MY system.

Click on this to hear the file to hear it. It is saved on Odeo.
