Internet 3D format - Tabs

  1. Using the program Tabs create 3D objects, in paper, depicting a computer network. As you cannot really depict a network in 3D you can be crazily creative. Look at the work done in 2000's task.  All the networks will be linked on the ceiling of the class to form the Internet as the Internet is a network of networks.
  2. Needed: glue, coloured paper, scissors, wire, coloured thread, straws.
  3. Link the objects together with coloured thread to indicate the connecting media.
  4. Attach your objects to wire to create your mobile of a network.
  5. Assessment - gut feeling
    1. Crazy shapes of each network
    2. Crazy colours of each network
    3. Well glued objects/shapes
    4. Well attached objects/shapes
    5. Your area of the computer room kept clean
  6. Online learners please bring it to the onsite school. Online learners ask a parent to discuss the appearance and other matters with your teacher - no phone call and discussion, no mark.
