Section B - True or False - 10 marks

  9. Describe two famous persons specifically connected with the ICT aspect of e-commerce, and indicate in which field of e-commerce they are involved. [2]

Section H - Business and Presentation skills - 12 marks

  1. Presentation software comprises computer programs that can be used to organise and present information. When you evaluate your presentation you should make sure that it complies with certain criteria. For each of the following write down whether it should be one of the criteria. If not, motivate why not, or rewrite the sentence to make it true.
    1. The slides should include every single piece of information so the audience can read it. [1]
    2. The slides should contain as many colours as possible to hold the audience's attention. [1]
