Table 1 - Email addresses

  1. Using Word, create a table with three columns showing
  2. Find the email addresses anywhere on your home computer, for example, address book or received mail.
  3. Your document must have a Table with caption, Footer with your name and nothing more.
  4. Sort one table alphabetically by Email Address (third column).  Print the document.
  5. Sort the second copy by Surname or Business Name (second column).  Print the document.
  6. At the bottom, in pen, your caregiver / parent must write their name and sign the following declaration:  "These email addresses are found on the computer in our home or we as a family know these email addresses."  No declaration, no mark.
  7. Staple the copies together and submit together with the rubric.
  8. Online learners fax your work to school, then phone your teacher to discuss the work - no phone call and discussion, no mark.

  position the table centred horizontally on the page  
  format the table's cells and grid lines (thick and thin) to enhance the meaning of the table  
  change the position of text in a cell in the table by aligning the body text left and the heading centred  
   adjust the width and height of the columns and rows so they are just wide enough for the text   
  insert a footer with Surname_First Name  (your name), left aligned  
  insert a caption just under the table with an appropriate label and format it, centred  
   change fonts, style and size so that it looks understandable but use only one font for the whole document
